Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in our Naperville dispensary, guiding them to suitable cannabis products and usage methods. You will educate on products, dosage forms, and safety, while keeping the floor stocked and operations smooth.

The role emphasizes compliant, customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring 21+ and background checks. Prior cannabis experience is not mandatory, and flexibility with shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; preference for retail experience in specialty or cannabis.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis industry regulations and company policies.
• Prior cannabis experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail setting.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on needs and product knowledge.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and maintain store presentation.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy and smooth operations.
• Support management to ensure compliant and efficient store operations.
