Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is looking for a Rise Personal Care Specialist in Steelton, PA to assist patients and customers in a friendly retail setting. You will guide product choices, explain consumption methods, and ensure safety and compliance.

GTI’s mission is to promote wellness through cannabis. You will educate customers, handle POS transactions, support daily store operations, and uphold all regulations with a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Driver’s license or state ID on request.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and maintain store appearance.
