Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a RISE Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in our Cumberland County dispensary. You will greet shoppers, explain products, and tailor recommendations to individual needs based on product knowledge and safety guidelines.

As a key member of GTI's retail team, you will stay up-to-date on cannabis products, ensure compliance with state regulations, support ordering and inventory, and help maintain a welcoming and safe store

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for specialty or retail customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable attendance.
• 21 years or older.
• Background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Compliance with cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Maintain stock and store presentation.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
