Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Grove City, PA seeks a Retail Personal Care Specialist to greet customers, educate them on cannabis products and consumption methods, and match each visitor with the right recommendation.

You will assist at checkouts, help maintain a compliant, well-stocked store, support management with daily tasks, and uphold safety and privacy standards. No prior cannabis experience is required; you must be 21+, pass background checks, and have a valid state ID.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient/customer’s needs; stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented work environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and compliantly.
