Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, patient-focused store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations with daily tasks and issue reporting.
• Ensure cannabis regulations are followed and the store remains compliant.
• Keep sales floor stocked and presentable.
