Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in a retail cannabis environment. You will educate customers on products, assist with selections, and help ensure compliant, safe use. You’ll support daily store operations and maintain a welcoming, professional presence on the floor.

Roles require flexible shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends) and a commitment to excellent service. Prior cannabis experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to work mornings, days, nights and weekends as needed.
• Reliable, responsible attendance required.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment and assist with product selection.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and stay current on product knowledge.
• Support store operations and assist management with daily tasks.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and maintain stock on the sales floor.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and safety procedures.
