Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a retail dispensary, educate on products and safe usage, and assist with daily operations in a compliant environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, product knowledge, and teamwork to ensure a smooth store experience. Must be 21+, capable of flexible shifts, and able to work outdoors as needed in a dispensary setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Must be 21 years or older and pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Must have reliable, responsible attendance and be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and stay up to date on product knowledge
• Promote a positive, patient/customer-oriented store culture
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations and maintain compliance with regulations
• Ensure store presence is maintained and inventory checked
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations (Front of House, Back of House, Maintenance)
• Handle duties as assigned by management
