Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend suitable regimens and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure smooth store operations and compliance.
• Uphold local and state cannabis regulations and store appearance.
• Maintain orderly files and follow security procedures.
• Perform assigned duties at Front of House, Back of House and maintenance stations.
