Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a cannabis retail setting, educate on products and safety, and recommend regimens tailored to individual needs. You will support store operations, verify deliveries, and maintain stock levels while upholding regulatory compliance.

The role requires 21+ with reliable attendance, and experience with POS systems and customer service. You will work on-site with varying shifts in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; retail preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older and have valid ID or driver's license.
• Pass all required background checks for cannabis employment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption and safety.
• Recommend regimens based on knowledge of products and customer needs.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
