Job summary

GTI—Green Thumb Industries—seeks a Personal Care Specialist for our Quincy cannabis retail location. You will engage customers, educate on products and methods of consumption, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, shift flexibility, and compliance with cannabis regulations. You will assist with operations, POS transactions, and maintaining a compliant, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Schedule flexibility including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass all background checks.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with cannabis industry regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain stocked and clean sales floor; ensure store presence is compliant.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
