Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service; retail experience preferred.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks for cannabis industry work.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail cannabis environment and provide assistance.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and support store operations.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and safety procedures.
• Keep sales floor stocked and store presence maintained.
• Handle front-of-house and back-of-house duties as directed.
