Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage one-on-one with patients and customers in our dispensary. You will educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety while guiding customers to suitable regimens and GTI products.

Responsibilities include assisting in daily store operations, verifying deliveries, stocking the sales floor, and upholding compliance with cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have reliable attendance and ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with all cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs.
• Support store operations to ensure compliant and smooth daily activities.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist management as needed.
• Maintain stock and ensure dispensary presentation meets standards.
