Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Personal Care Specialist to engage one-on-one with patients and customers in our retail dispensary. You will educate on products, consumption methods, and safety while matching each guest with the right regimen and GTI products.

Responsibilities include assisting with order deliveries, supporting management, and ensuring strict compliance with cannabis regulations. Prior experience not required but a customer-service focus is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens based on product knowledge
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations with daily tasks and issue handling
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations
• Keep sales floor stocked and store presentable
• Maintain required records and follow security procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations during shifts
• Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS, Curbside, Roll Thru
• Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
• Other duties as assigned
