Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a friendly, informative manner in our Cleveland cannabis retail location. You will educate customers on products, safety, and consumption methods while offering tailored recommendations to meet individual needs.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, a reliable attendance record, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend regimens based on customer needs and knowledge of products.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations to ensure compliance and smooth daily activities
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store presentation
• Maintain clean, stocked, and well-presented sales floor and back areas
• Follow security and safety procedures.
