Sunnyside Jacksonville Beach, FL, a Cresco Labs brand, is hiring a Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and provide a consultative experience. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, ensuring adherence to state and company regulations.

You will learn product knowledge, navigate diverse customer interactions, and deliver a personalized sales experience while supporting inventory and store operations in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to needs and providing guidance.
• Assist in product selection through education of cannabis products.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets and cross-sell.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Ensure accurate order dispensing and timely fulfillment.
• Label, package and handle cash according to SOPs.
• Maintain records of activities and inventory in compliance.
• Organize stock and assist with merchandising.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness; escalate issues as needed.
