Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside brand seeks a Wellness Advisor in Florida to guide customers in selecting cannabis products, while upholding state compliance and company standards. You will manage customer interactions from check-in to checkout and support inventory, with a focus on a consultative sales approach.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability and the ability to uplift the customer experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by asking questions and listening to needs.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and impacts on the body.
• Verify documentation and ensure accurate orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities and inventory counts.
