Job summary

Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensaries seek a Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs. You will use strong customer service, product knowledge, and state compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience from check-in to checkout.

The role emphasizes training, teamwork, and a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time schedules are 15–25 hours per week, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Availability to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it professionally.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Verify documentation and IDs.
• Process orders accurately in POS.
• Maintain accurate records per state regulations.
• Perform routine inventory counts.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with SOPs.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Escalate issues to management.
