Cresco Labs is seeking a Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside to assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide consultative guidance, and ensure state compliance throughout the customer lifecycle.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work weekends/holidays with flexible shifts. Training will cover product knowledge, regulatory standards, and effective sales techniques to create a personalized shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and state compliance requirements.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Assist in product selection and cross-sell to build baskets.
• Verify IDs and documentation for compliance.
• Process orders accurately and handle cash in the POS system.
• Maintain organized shelves and assist with inventory counts.
• Ensure store security and safety compliance.
• Support managers with merchandise and displays.
