Job summary

Cresco Labs Sunnyside is hiring a Wellness Advisor to assist customers in selecting cannabis products, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, with emphasis on consultative selling and accurate record-keeping.

Role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to adapt to a highly regulated environment. Part-time shifts (15–25 hours) with weekend availability are common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and help select suitable options.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to grow baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
