Cresco Labs, the multi-state cannabis operator behind Sunnyside, seeks a Wellness Advisor to assist customers in selecting cannabis products and to act as an ambassador for our mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will rely on product knowledge, customer service, and state regulations to ensure a best-in-class experience from check-in through checkout.

The Wellness Advisor role emphasizes training, development, and a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and guiding product selections.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Verify IDs and ensure compliant documentation for purchases.
• Process orders accurately in the POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with displays.
• Support store operations and maintain a clean, compliant environment.
