Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside Wellness Advisor will guide customers in selecting cannabis products, ensuring a compliant and superior shopping experience from check-in to checkout. You’ll combine customer service, product knowledge, and state-regulation adherence to deliver best-in-class service across recreational and medical channels.

You’ll join Sunnyside’s team with emphasis on training, flexibility for varied shifts, and opportunities for growth within a highly regulated cannabis landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class service.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and offering guidance.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Use selling techniques to build baskets and cross-sell.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and packaging.
• Handle cash in POS following SOPs.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and returns per regulations.
• Keep stock organized and compliant; assist with displays.
• Ensure store security and a clean, organized environment.
