You will maintain accurate displays, assist with purchases, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of retail experience, and eligibility for state badges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis use as a wellness product (not medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure regulatory inventory accuracy.
