Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with state regulations.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids and product usage methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand local, state, and federal cannabis laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis use as a wellness product (non-medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Assist in a fast-paced retail environment and work with team.
• Provide information on product types, methods, and efficacy.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accurate online orders at pickup and comply with inventory systems (METRC/BioTrack).
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Stock and merchandise displays of regulated and unregulated products.
