Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Background check and appropriate state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Proficiency with office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Know federal, state, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Act as an advocate of cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis as a wellness product and product usage.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized store front and workstation.
• Process sales transactions at the POS and ensure accurate inventory updates in METRC/BioTrack.
