You will deliver a top-tier customer experience from check-in to checkout, leveraging product knowledge and state regulations to ensure safe, compliant purchases.

The role emphasizes training, growth, and a consultative sales approach in a fast-paced dispensary environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and engagement skills.
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge consultatively.
• Willingness to learn cannabinoids and their effects.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (typing, standing, lifting).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Conduct consultations and address questions escalated to management.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and impacts.
• Assist with inventory and ensure compliance.
• Handle cash transactions per SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities.
