Job summary

Cresco Labs seeks a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and to act as a company ambassador committed to compliant, customer-first service. You’ll manage the customer lifecycle from check‑in to checkout, ensuring accuracy, education, and a consultative approach.

The role supports a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with responsibilities spanning product education, inventory, cash handling, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply product information in a professional manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Ensure orders are accurate and dispensed timely.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Handle cash in the POS according to SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities per regulations.
• Perform routine inventory counts and ensure stock is compliant.
• Organize sales floor and product displays.
• Enforce security and safety compliance.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Escalate issues to management.
