Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside dispensaries in Massachusetts. The part-time position (15–25 hours/week) focuses on customer service, product education, and compliance within a dynamic retail environment.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, verify IDs, and process orders using our POS system. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and engaging with customers.
• Willingness to learn product information and company policies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products through education and consultative guidance.
• Verify documentation and IDs for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle POS transactions and cash with accuracy following SOPs.
• Maintain organized and compliant product displays and stock.
