Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside Wellness Advisors help customers select cannabis products that fit their needs, while upholding strict state regulations and company standards. You will manage the full customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, balancing education, upselling, and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by asking questions about and listening attentively to customer needs.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their varying impact.
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Perform accurate cash handling in the POS system following SOPs.
• Maintain records of all dispensary activities in compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Perform routine inventory counts and ensure stock meets regulations.
• Assist in organizing sales floor merchandise and displays.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness; escalate issues as needed.
