Job summary

Cresco Labs' Sunnyside dispensaries are seeking a Wellness Advisor to guide customers through product selections for medical and caregiver needs. You will use your customer service skills, product knowledge and strict adherence to state regulations to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will manage the customer journey from check-in to consultation, order fulfillment and checkout, while supporting training, inventory and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to explain cannabis products and comply with state regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products to meet their needs.
• Serve as brand ambassador for Sunnyside and Cresco Labs.
• Manage customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout.
• Support training, inventory, and teamwork in a dynamic retail setting.
