Job summary

Cresco Labs is hiring a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside in the United States. The role involves advising customers across recreational and medical cannabis products, delivering a consultative shopping experience, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will greet customers, answer questions, educate on product differences, process orders, and maintain inventory and store presentation while supporting a high-quality customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and questions.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets and upsell.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers and orders.
• Handle cash transactions in the POS per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries and returns.
• Perform routine inventory counts and keep displays organized.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness per SOPs.
