Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensaries seek a Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products with regulatory compliance and a consultative approach. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout, leveraging product knowledge and service excellence to ensure a best-in-class experience.

The role emphasizes training in product knowledge, varied customer interactions, and a sales-focused but personalized approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by asking questions and listening to needs.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products and their impacts.
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers in a timely fashion.
• Label and package customer orders.
• Perform accurate cash handling in the POS system per SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities in compliance with state regulations.
• Perform routine inventory counts and ensure stock meets compliance.
• Assist in organizing sales floor merchandise and product displays.
• Ensure store security and safety per SOPs.
• Keep store organized and clean; escalate issues as needed.
