Green Thumb in New York is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in a welcoming retail environment and educate them on cannabis products and consumption methods. You will tailor recommendations to individual needs while maintaining product knowledge and compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail, with duties spanning front-of-house interactions and store operations. 21+ and background checks required.

Competenze

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Prior cannabis experience not required

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of interactions
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on individual needs and stay updated on product knowledge
• Promote a positive, patient- and customer-oriented store atmosphere
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations and compliance with rules and regulations
• Ensure cannabis regulations are enforced
• Keep sales floor stocked and store presentable
• Maintain hard copy files as required
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations during shifts
• Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS, Curbside, Roll Thru
• Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
• Maintenance: cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
• Other duties as assigned
