Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; cannabis retail preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks and be 21+.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis laws/regulations.
• No prior cannabis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs; stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, patient/customer-focused store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are enforced.
• Maintain stocked and well-presented sales floor and store presence.
• Maintain hard copy files as required.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
