Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in a retail cannabis setting, educate on products and safe consumption, and recommend suitable regimens. You will help maintain a well-stocked, compliant store environment and support management in daily operations.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, be 21 or older, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements.
Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs and knowledge of GTI products.
Promote a positive, patient- and customer-oriented work environment.
Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and compliantly.
