Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage one-on-one with patients and customers in our dispensary. You will guide product selections, educate on consumption methods and safety, and maintain a positive, compliant store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends, and adherence to all cannabis regulations. Prior cannabis experience is not required, and a valid ID is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (ability to work mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs.
• Must have reliable attendance; must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal/company cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens and maintain product knowledge.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
