Job summary

Green Thumb in Illinois is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to greet customers, guide them through our cannabis menu, and ensure a welcoming, compliant retail experience. You will work in a hands-on role, connecting each guest with the right product and method of consumption while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will educate customers on products, assist with purchases at the front of house, and support store operations, including inventory and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Must pass background checks and be 21+.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail cannabis environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend regimens based on customer needs and stay up to date on products.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist management with daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store policies.
• Maintain inventory and store presentation.
