Green Thumb Industries in Florida seeks a friendly Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in a cannabis retail setting. You will educate customers about products, methods of consumption, and safety, while recommending regimens and maintaining product knowledge.

Maintain a positive, compliant store environment and support management with daily operations. The role requires 21+, reliable attendance, and ability to work varied shifts; prior cannabis experience is not required but welcomed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal or company cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.
