Job summary

Green Thumb in Florida’s Wesley Chapel is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in a friendly, barista-like environment, guiding them to the right cannabis products and consumption methods.

You will educate on products, ensure safety, assist with inventory and store operations, and stay compliant with cannabis regulations. A customer-service background and ability to work varied shifts are required; all applicants must meet state cannabis employment requirements.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends) to meet business needs.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and compliant with all cannabis regulations.
