Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Lead to join our management team in Kentucky. This role drives performance, fosters an inclusive store culture, and ensures exceptional customer experiences across touchpoints in our cannabis dispensary.

You will blend hands-on leadership with strong operational knowledge, overseeing daily open/close duties, inventory, cash handling, and staff development while upholding compliance and company values. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Dutchie, METRC, or similar cannabis software.

Responsibilities

• Leads and assists in daily store opening and closing duties such as cash management, inventory reconciliation, and day-to-day operations.
• Assists in training and development of staff, motivating the team to achieve goals.
• Builds relationships with customers and leads by example in customer service and product knowledge.
