Job summary

Good-Day-Farm is seeking a Lead role to drive performance and cultivate an inclusive store culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management across locations.

Strong knowledge of cannabis products, regulatory awareness, and excellent communication are essential. Travel to multiple locations may be required, and experience with Dutchie and METRC is preferred.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory reconciliation.
• Trains staff, sets standards of success, and maintains store culture.
• Builds relationships with customers and promotes loyalty programs.
• Oversees inventory processes and compliance, including reconciliation and vault management.
• Drives sales through customer engagement and product knowledge.
