Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Store Lead who will drive performance and foster an inclusive culture while ensuring outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint. The role blends hands-on leadership with strong operational knowledge and a passion for cannabis education and service.

You will train staff, model excellence, manage inventory and cash processes, and lead store events and promotions to build loyalty and exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations weekly.
• Experience with cannabis software (METRC, Dutchie) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training and daily huddles to motivate the team.
• Set standards of success and role model the company way.
• Oversee inventory processes, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
• Promote customer experiences and loyalty initiatives.
• Coordinate store opening/closing and maintain store upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations.
