Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in retail.
• Must pass a Live Scan background check where required.
• BA preferred; experience in highly regulated environments desirable.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with store leadership on daily goals and coverage.
• Mentor and develop store staff for leadership roles.
• Maintain compliance with BCC, state and city regulations.
