Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Store Manager to drive profitability and oversee all store operations in a highly regulated cannabis market. You will lead a team, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with state, city, and BCC regulations while coordinating with district and regional leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a focus on staff development, with responsibilities spanning sales, operations, and merchandising to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Experience in highly regulated businesses is desirable.
• Must pass a federal background check via Live Scan in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability by guiding team members to use company reports to react to trends and drive business.
• Manage labor/payroll reporting and management to maximize efficiencies and accurate reporting.
• Lead and communicate effectively at store and market level; mentor instore staff.
• Ensure compliance with all BCC, State and City regulations and safety procedures.
• Oversee the delivery, merchandising, and daily operations to meet sales goals.
