Good Day Farm is hiring a Lead to drive performance, foster an inclusive culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a cannabis retail environment. The role blends hands-on leadership with operational duties, inventory integrity, and education for customers.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, coaching ability, and a passion for cannabis education, while maintaining compliance with local/state regulations and a focus on staff development and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of staff and motivates the team toward goals.
• Leads staff coaching and sets standards of success for each member.
• Participates in opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Manages inventory processes and reconciliation to prevent loss.
• Drives customer service and experiences; promotes loyalty.
• Supports store events, promotions, and team-building efforts.
