Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis‑specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff to achieve goals and maintain store standards.
• Drive revenue and customer engagement through leadership and communication.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Manage inventory processes and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate online menus and product knowledge.
