Job summary

Good-Day-Farm in Independence, MO seeks a Lead to drive store performance, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will combine hands-on leadership with strong operational knowledge and a passion for cannabis education and service.

You will train and coach staff, manage daily opening/closing duties, and lead inventory and cash processes while championing compliance and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in daily store opening and closing duties such as cash management procedures, inventory reconciliation, and all processes related to operating the day‑to‑day business.
• Assist in training and development of staff, building daily huddles and zone charts, and motivating the team toward goals.
• Lead staff coaching and set standards of success for every team member.
• Assist management in day‑to‑day leadership and store maintenance.
• Promote inclusion and participate in store events, promotions, and team building.
• Support inventory processes, reconciliation, and accuracy to prevent loss.
