Good-Day-Farm is seeking a Lead role to guide store performance, cultivate an inclusive culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Missouri cannabis location. The Lead will combine hands-on leadership with operational knowledge, focusing on staff development,.sales, and compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes training, inventory control, day-to-day cash management, and promoting product knowledge through the team to enhance customer service and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in daily store opening and closing duties including cash management and inventory reconciliation.
• Train and develop staff, run daily huddles and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with customers and drive a culture of customer service and loyalty.
• Support inventory processes, reconciliation, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee visual merchandising and in-store customer experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain store operations and execute promotions.
