You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding compliance and inventory controls. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for education and customer care.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis‑specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in daily store opening/closing duties including cash handling and deposits.
• Drives revenue through customer engagement, upselling, and product knowledge training.
• Builds relationships with customers and mentors staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversees inventory processes, reconciliation, vault organization, and order fulfillment.
• Ensures compliance with all cannabis regulations and internal policies.
• Manages staff training, huddles, and performance coaching.
• Promotes in-store merchandising and keeps online menus accurate.
• Supports store promotions, events, and team-building activities.
• Maintains clear communication with leadership and staff across shifts.
