Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in daily store opening/closing duties and cash management.
• Train and develop staff, motivate teams, and maintain high service standards.
• Engage customers, upsell, and promote product knowledge.
• Manage inventory processes, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Coordinate with management on promotions, events, and store upkeep.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain visual merchandising standards.
