Good-Day-Farm is seeking a Store Lead in Missouri to drive performance, foster an inclusive store culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a cannabis retail setting.

The role combines hands-on leadership with operational oversight, including training, inventory integrity, cash handling, and daily sales execution. You will mentor teammates, uphold company values, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and assists in training staff and motivating the team to meet goals.
• Sets leadership example, ensures customer-focused store experiences.
• Coaches staff, maintains daily operations and inventory accuracy.
• Manages cash handling, close procedures, and nightly deposits.
• Supports customer engagement, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with all cannabis regulations and internal policies.
• Oversees opening/closing duties and store maintenance.
